Refund policy

Returns

 

• Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery.

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

• We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us.

 

Refunds

 

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

 

Non-returnable items

 

• Sale or clearance items (Final Sale)

• Earrings and other jewelry that has been worn (for hygiene reasons)
